In relation to the acceptable price paid, it was fancy place to stay with exceptional service. The staff were caring and attentive all the time.

My stay was really good on this visit. The hotel had a perfectly comfortable and handy location close to many fantastic eateries. A cool bonus was The Place to Eat, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Very comfy beds, a safe, a writing desk, and iron/ironing board in the room. Cozy decoration in the rooms, incredible location.

The room was well-appointed, featured a mini fridge bar, air conditioner and a personal safe.

Nice design of interiors in triple room. Lots of supplies in the room: complementary tea and a lounge area. Very central location and 10 minutes' walk to the subway.

Had very good stay on a business trip. The location was magnificent and comfortable, you can visit Ellis Street by walking. Moreover, the area was good.

Had nice stay on a business trip, the staff were obliging, location was incredible in a lovey neighborhood. My standard room was silent with good old times atmosphere. Essentials that you need, such as central heating, a work desk and ironing facilities, were there. I loved the hotel overall.

This is an unusual and very charming hotel. The rooms and public rooms are elegant, yet it has a very homey feeling, helped by the afternoon tea and evening champagne in the drawing room. The service was impeccable.

The only sour note at all was that the bill included a charge for two juice drinks from the mini bar, which I had not consumed. It was removed as soon as I indicated that I had not taken the drinks, but there must be something a little off in their control system for mini bar items.

It was elegant, luxurious and in gershwin bedroom. Set walking distance to an underground station, it was a plus.
